Troll Artist Dot Com Limited Liability Company ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Troll Artist mobile application and web platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using the application:

• Account Credentials: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via our authentication provider (Supabase) to maintain your secure login session.

• User Identifiers: Unique user IDs (UUIDs) generated by our database to link your account to your profile, comments, and interactions.

• User-Generated Content: Comments and feedback you post on artwork listings.

• Device and Technical Data: Standard device identifiers and connection diagnostics processed ephemerally or stored securely to protect against fraud and ensure account security.

• Payment Information: Physical artwork purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for:

• Managing user accounts and authentication.

• Enabling app functionality, such as displaying your profile and allowing community comments on artwork.

• Detecting, preventing, and addressing security issues or fraudulent activity.

• Fulfilling physical artwork orders.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with necessary service providers (such as Supabase for database and authentication hosting, and Stripe for payment processing) to operate the service.

4. Account and Data Deletion Policy

Users have full control over their personal data and may request deletion of their account and associated records at any time.

• How to Request Deletion: Send an email to hi@trollartistdotcom.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, stating your registered account email.

• What Gets Deleted: Upon receiving your request, your authentication record, unique user ID, profile information, and associated user-generated comments will be permanently erased from our database within 30 days.

• Retention Exceptions: Basic transactional records for physical artwork purchases may be retained only as required by applicable legal, tax, and accounting regulations.
